选取当年产芝麻油作为标准物质的试验样品,对研制的芝麻油脂肪酸成分标准物质做了均匀性检验、稳定性监测和定值工作.选用的标准物质试验样品添加复配的BHA、BHT、TBHQ,混匀后充氮封装于2 mL安瓿中,室温条件下储存.芝麻油脂肪酸成分标准物质样品的均匀性检验结果经F检验以及16个月稳定性监测结果表明,单元内和单元间均匀程度以及标准物质样品的稳定性均达到国家一级标准物质的制备要求.芝麻油脂肪酸标准物质的定值结果为:C16:0(9.5±0.6)%,C18:0(5.2±1.0)%,C18:1(39.0±0.7)%,C18:2(44.9±1.0)%,C20:0(0.6±0.2)%. |

The preparation,homogeneity,stability and certification of fatty acid reference material of sesame oil were studied.Sesame oil of production year was adopted as the base for fatty acid reference material.Samples of selected standard materials were mixed with BHA,BHT,TBHQ and packed with nitrogen gas in 2 mL ampoule after homogenate,then stored at the room temperature.The result of homogeneity testing was evaluated by F test and the 16-month result of stability testing was evaluated.The results showed that h... |
