Abstract:
      The preparation,homogeneity,stability and certification of fatty acid reference material of sesame oil were studied.Sesame oil of production year was adopted as the base for fatty acid reference material.Samples of selected standard materials were mixed with BHA,BHT,TBHQ and packed with nitrogen gas in 2 mL ampoule after homogenate,then stored at the room temperature.The result of homogeneity testing was evaluated by F test and the 16-month result of stability testing was evaluated.The results showed that h...
