      采用Box-Behnker响应面设计法,以柏子仁油萃取率为评价指标,筛选出超临界CO2萃取最佳工艺条件为:萃取温度51℃,萃取压力29 Mpa,萃取时间133 min.在此条件下柏子仁油萃取率为34.57%,与理论预测值基本一致.通过GC-MS分析确认了柏子仁油的5种脂肪酸成分:亚油酸28.495%,亚麻酸53.196%,棕榈酸5.443%,硬脂酸3.919%和花生四烯酸7.089%.柏子仁油不饱和脂肪含量较高,可进一步开发利用.
