Abstract:
      The preparation,stability,homogeneity and certification of fatty acid reference material of rapeseed oil were studied.Rapeseed oil of production year was adopted as the base for fatty acid reference material.Sample of selected standard materials were mixed with BHA,BHT,TBHQ and packed with nitrogen gas in 2 mL ampoule after homogenate,then stored at the room temperature.The result of homogeneity testing was evaluated by F test and the 16-month result of stability testing was evaluated.The results showed tha...
