Abstract:
      Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) are organic compounds that containing two or more fused aromatic rings.It has demonstrated that these compounds are highly genotoxic and carcinogenic.Edible oils and fats are the most important sources of PAHs because of their lipophilic nature.It is hard to use routine analytical methods to determine the PAHs,due to amounts of impurities in edible oils.Therefore,the sample pretreatment techniques are applied to meet the needs.The main sample pretreatment techniques fo...
