      以花椒籽为原料,采用酶-化学法从花椒籽中提取不可溶性膳食纤维.在单因素试验基础上,采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计,考察碱液质量分数、碱浸温度、碱浸时间、胰蛋白酶用量对不可溶性膳食纤维得率的影响.结果表明,回归模型能较好地反映各因素水平与响应值之间的关系;同时得出最佳提取条件为:碱液质量分数3.17%,碱浸温度49.93℃,碱浸时间40.86 min,胰蛋白酶用量0.4%;在最佳条件下,不可溶性膳食纤维得率为80.58%.

      The technology for extracting insoluble dietary fiber from prickly ash seed by a enzymatic-chemical method was studied.On the basis of single factor tests,the Box-Behnken design test was used to study the effects of the concentration of NaOH,alkali extraction temperature,alkali extraction time,dosage of trypsin on the yield of insoluble dietary fiber(IDF).The results indicated that the obtained regression model represented the relationship between the independent variables and the responses well;the optimum...
