Abstract:
      A high temperature gas chromatography method was developed for analyzing the content of fatty acid(FFA) and acylglycerols in oils samples.FFA and acylglycerols were identified by the retention time with standards and quantified by external standard method,which was turned out to be correct.The calibration curves of FFA,monoacylglycerol(MAG),diacylglycerol(DAG)and triacylglycerol(TAG) built by the high temperature gas chromatography showed a good linear correlation at concentration range of 0.5-20.0 mg/mL.Re...
