Abstract:
      C.vulgaris No.1 was screened from seven species of microalga Chlorella sp.for its higher oil yield productivity.Effects of medium with different nitrogen content on cell growth as well as oil accumulation of C.vulgaris No.1 were investigated,and the fatty acids composition was analyzed with gas chromatography.The results showed that the best growth of C.vulgaris No.1 was obtained with biomass of 1.231 g/L in high-nitrogen medium.The oil accumulation of C.vulgaris No.1 in high-nitrogen medium and SE medium w...
