      以高酸值米糠油为原料,在无溶剂体系下利用Lipozyme 435催化合成甘一酯.通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定了主要影响因素,得出了制取甘一酯的最佳工艺条件为:底物物质的量比1∶3,加酶量5%(占米糠油质量),反应时间8h,反应温度80℃.在此条件下产物中甘一酯含量为21.39%.
