      以酯交换反应制备的油茶籽油脂肪酸乙酯为原料,采用正交实验探讨了分子蒸馏参数对油酸乙酯分离效果的影响.结果表明:在蒸馏温度100℃、蒸馏压力10 Pa、进料速率150 mL/h、刮膜转速180 r/min条件下,一级分子蒸馏重组分中油酸乙酯含量为88.3%,回收率为64.6%.二级分子蒸馏轻组分中油酸乙酯含量为91.3%,总回收率为50.6%.分离得到的油酸乙酯各项指标可满足中国药典CP2010要求.
