| 用水除去粗生物柴油产品中的杂质碱、皂和少量甘油的水洗法,在生物柴油工业生产中已被普遍采用,但该方法在实际应用中由于油水乳化问题成为操作难点.重点研究了在水洗过程中如何经济、快速地破乳,寻求最佳水洗方案.实验对重力沉降、机械搅拌、加热、加入电解质、加入破乳剂在水洗过程中的应用效果分别进行了考察.研究表明:采用先加入0.2%冰醋酸破乳剂再用60℃左右温水的方法,破乳迅速,水洗次数、时间、耗水量随之大为减少,且杂质含量达标,水洗效果和效率最好.对该法在水洗过程中的具体操作步骤提出了建议,为生物柴油生产厂家提供参考. |
