Abstract:
      The seed kernels of Corylus chinensis Franch collected from Baiyun mountain in Baojing county of Hunan Province in China were assessed.Ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract the oil from seed kernel of Corylus chinensis Franch,and the effects of ultrasound intensity,extraction time,solvent sorts,solid-liquid ratio on extraction rate were studied by orthogonal test.The optimum conditions were determined as follows:petroleum ether used as extractant,extraction time 30 min,ultrasound intensity 250 W,...
