Abstract:
      The extraction procedure and its particularity during alcohol leached soybean protein concentrate(ALSPC)production were analyzed.It showed that immersion and gradient extraction were effective means to get a higher extraction rate.The characteristics of extractor commonly used in the production of ALSPC were described.In addition,the structure of a new type of extractor,the dual-extractor was introduced,and its advantages in production of ALSPC were described.
