Sacha inchi,a perennial woody vine,was introduced from Ecuador to Puer of Yunnan province. The component analysis results showed that Sacha inchi was characterized as oil plant with high fat, high protein and high vitamin E content. Physicochemical indicators of cold-pressed Sacha inchi oil reached the national edible oil standards without refining. Comparing with other edible vegetable oils,Sachi inchi oil had better fatty acid composition,higher degree of unsaturation and higher polyunsaturated fatty acids content. Because of its short planting cycle and rich nutrient, Sachi inchi had good application prospects in food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. |
