Abstract:
      Choosing anhydrous ethanol and ethyl acetate as entrainers,perilla seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2. With oil yield as index, the optimal extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment as follows: ethyl acetate as entrainer with 3% of dosage(based on the molar flow rate of CO2), extraction temperature 40℃, extraction pressure 25 MPa. Under these conditions, the yield of perilla seed oil reached 36.7%. The quality of the perilla seed oil was determined, and the results showed that other indexes were in the normal range except the high acid value. The fatty acid composition analysis showed that the perilla seed oil was rich in unsaturated fatty acids, and especially the α-linolenic acid content was the highest, accounting for 61.45% of the total fatty acids.
