The single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were employed to optimize the purification conditions of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil by molecular distillation. Effects of distillation temperature, feeding rate, revolving speed and cooling temperature on the acid value and peroxide value reductions of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil were studied. The results showed that the optimal process parameters for purifying Ganoderma lucidum spore oil by molecular distillation were as follows:distillation temperature 200℃, feeding rate 2 mL/min, revolving speed 160 r/min, cooling temperature 50℃. Under the optimal conditions, acid value decreased from 17.00 mgKOH/g to 0.40 mgKOH/g, peroxide value declined from 25.87 meq/kg to 5.21 meq/kg, and the total triterpenoids content reduced from 3.01% to 2.87%, which were within the acceptable range. |
