| 磷脂酶C（PLC）是一种作用于甘油磷脂C3位上甘油磷酸酯键的脂类水解酶，水解产物为甘油二酯及有机磷酸酯（磷酸胆碱、磷酸乙醇胺或磷酸肌醇等）。应用PLC进行酶法脱胶因具有显著提高毛油精炼率的优点而得到越来越广泛的关注。主要介绍了PLC酶法脱胶的原理、研究进展及PLC酶法脱胶中存在的问题，以期推动PLC酶法脱胶在我国的研究及应用。 |

| Phospholipase C (PLC) is a lipid hydrolysis enzyme which can remove the phosphoroester group and generate diglyceride and phosphatidic acid compounds, including phosphoryl choline, phosphoric acid ethanolamine and phosphoinositide, etc. Nowdays, more and more attentions have been paid to the application of PLC for its advantages of significant improving the refining rate of crude oil during enzymatic degumming. The mechanism, progress and problems existing in PLC enzymatic degumming were mainly introduced so as to promote the research and application of phospholipase C in enzymatic degumming at home. |
