Phospholipase C (PLC) is a lipid hydrolysis enzyme which can remove the phosphoroester group and generate diglyceride and phosphatidic acid compounds, including phosphoryl choline, phosphoric acid ethanolamine and phosphoinositide, etc. Nowdays, more and more attentions have been paid to the application of PLC for its advantages of significant improving the refining rate of crude oil during enzymatic degumming. The mechanism, progress and problems existing in PLC enzymatic degumming were mainly introduced so as to promote the research and application of phospholipase C in enzymatic degumming at home. |
