Purification of linoleic acid from grape seed oil by urea adduction fractionation was investigated. The effects of adduction temperature, adduction time, mass ratio of methanol to urea, mass ratio of mixed fatty acids to urea on the yield and purity of linoleic acid were analyzed. The purification conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment on the basis of single factor experiment. The results showed that the optimal purification conditions were as follows: adduction time 12 h, adduction temperature -4℃, mass ratio of methanol to urea 5∶1,mass ratio of mixed fatty acids to urea 1∶1. Under these conditions, the purity of linoleic acid was 89.9%. |
