Abstract:
      The porous SiO2 carrier was prepared with sodium silicate and hydrochloric acid as raw materials,and the highly active catalyst for hydrogenation of oils and fats was prepared by precipitation method using metal nitrates as precursor. The effects of preparation method,Ni loading amount, specific surface area of SiO2, catalyst additives Fe and Co on catalytic activity of the catalyst were investigated. The results showed that precipitation method was better than impregnation method and the optimal preparation conditions were as follows: Ni loading amount 30%, specific surface area of SiO2 500-600 m2/g, mass ratio of Ni to Fe 100∶1,mass ratio of Ni to Co 2 000∶1. The Ni-Co complex catalyst had advantages of simple preparation process, low cost and high activity.
