A rapid method for detecting polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in soybean was developed. After the soybean was treated with acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran (1∶1), the PAHs contents were determined by HPLC-FLD. The detection limit and the limit of quantification of the method were 0.07-0.61 μg/kg and 0.27-2.04 μg/kg, respectively. For the twelve PAHs, the method had a good linear range, which was 2-200 μg/kg. The recovery rate ranged from 81.7% to 96.5% and the relative standard deviation was in the range of 2.10%-10.44%. |
