The optimal conditions of solvent extraction of okra seed oil were studied, and the fatty acid composition of okra seed oil was analyzed by GC-MS. Effects of extraction solvent, solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time on the oil yield were discussed by single factor experiment. The optimal extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment as follows:petroleum ether (boiling range 60-90℃) as extraction solvent, solid-liquid ratio (g/mL) 1∶10, extraction temperature 60℃, extraction time 5 h. Under the optimal extraction conditions, the okra seed oil yield was 16.22%. The main fatty acid compositions were linoleic acid (41.13%), palmitic acid (37.27%) and oleic acid (17.19%). |
