研究限定枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸杆菌固态发酵鱼汁和豆粕的混合物,转化饲料多肽。以可溶性多肽含量和胰蛋白酶抑制因子(TI)的降解率为检测指标,通过正交实验确定其最佳发酵条件为:发酵温度35℃,接种量8%,豆粕与鱼汁浓缩液(粗蛋白含量20%)质量体积比(g/mL)1∶1,发酵时间60 h。对最佳发酵条件下的产物品质进行检测,其中可溶性多肽含量达到23.54%,TI降解率为93.4%,益生菌数量达8.7×109 CFU/g。通过对比发酵原料和产物,结果表明鱼汁和豆粕混合物经混合菌发酵后,其品质得到明显改善。 |

The process of preparing feed polypeptide from the mixture of stickwater and soybean meal fermented by limited mixed Bacillus subtilus and aobacillus plantarum L solid-state fermentation was studied. With soluble polypeptide content and trypsin inhibitor (TI) degradation rate as detection indicators, the optimal fermentation conditions were determined by orthogonal test as follows: fermentation temperature 35℃, inoculum size 8%, ratio of soybean meal mass to stickwater concentrated solution (crude protein content 20%) volume 1∶1, fermentation time 60 h. Under the optimal fermentation conditions, the content of soluble polypeptide was 23.54%, the TI degradation rate was 93.4%, and the number of probiotics reached 8.7×109 CFU/g. Comparing the raw materials with fermentation products, the results showed that the quality of stickwater and soybean meal mixture fermented by mixed bacteria was greatly improved. |
