Abstract:
      With β-cyclodextrin as wall material, pomelo seed oil-β-cyclodextrin microcapsule was prepared by β-cyclodextrin saturated aqueous solution method. The effects of ratio of wall material to oil (mass of β-cyclodextrin (g) to volume of pomelo seed oil(mL)), embedding time, embedding temperature on embedding rate were studied, and the effect degree was as follows:embedding temperature＞embedding time＞ratio of wall material to oil. On the basis of single factor experiment, the optimal process parameters were determined by response surface methodology as follows:ratio of wall material to oil 4.5∶1, embedding time 132 min, embedding temperature 47[KG-*8]℃. Under the optimal conditions, the embedding rate of pomelo seed oil was 92.18%.
