Abstract: |
The crude sesame oil produced by aqueous extraction or pressing was placed, and the deposit (sesame oil sediment) was used as raw material, and phospholipids concentrate was extracted by impurity removal with n-hexane,hydration concentration and flocculation separation. The optimal extraction processes of hydration concentration and flocculation separation were researched. The results showed that the content of insoluble solid impurities decreased from 21.25% to 0.04% by impurity removal with n-hexane under the conditions of ratio of n-hexane to sesame oil sediment 8∶]1,time 6 h and temperature 25℃. The optimal conditions of hydration concentration were as follows:hydration temperature 85℃,mass ratio of water to sesame oil sediment after impurity removal 4.5∶1,hydration time 40 min;under these conditions, the content of acetone insoluble matter increased from 3.41% to 45.87%. The optimal conditions of flocculation separation were as follows:preheating temperature 40℃,reaction temperature 90℃,sodium chloride dosage 3%,reaction time 20 min;under these conditions, the acetone insoluble matter content of phospholipid concentrate obtained was 56.82%. |
