      利用饱和NaCl/KCl溶液作为间接显色剂滴定米糠油的酸值，通过观察溶液层的变色确定滴定终点。结果表明：这两种饱和卤盐溶液均能很好地消除酸值测定过程中谷维素所产生的亮黄色干扰；饱和KCl溶液反映的酸值受谷维素影响较饱和NaCl溶液小，更适用于高谷维素含量米糠油的酸值测定。
