Ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of Arabidopsis thaliana seed oil were optimized by response surface methodology. Based on single factor experiment, the effects of extraction time, ultrasonic power, extraction temperature and the interaction of them on the extraction rate of Arabidopsis thaliana seed oil were studied by Box-Behnken experimental design. The results showed that the optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions were determined as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1∶6, extraction time 55 min, ultrasonic power 400 W, extraction temperature 55℃. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction rate of Arabidopsis thaliana seed oil was 38.01%. |
