Abstract: |
With non-woven fabric as immobilized carrier, esterification of phytosterols and oleic acid was catalyzed by Candida rugosa lipase. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, molar ratio of substrate (molar ratio of oleic acid to phytosterols),n-hexane dosage and enzyme dosage on esterification rate of phytosterols were studied. Based on single factor experiment, the optimal synthesis conditions of phytosterol oleate were obtained by response surface methodology as follows:reaction temperature 50℃,reaction time 18 h,molar ratio of substrate 2∶1,n-hexane dosage 1 mL,enzyme dosage 62.06 U/mg. Under the optimal conditions, the esterification rate of phytosterols could reach 98.36%. |
