The functional lipid 1,3-diacylglycerol was synthesized in free-solvent system by glycerolysis with Novozyme 435 as catalyst. Under the conditions of molar ratio of substrates 1∶1(ratio of glycerol to natural grain blend oil) and lipase dosage 8% (based on the mass of substrates), the effects of sucrose fatty acid esters with different HLB values and reaction temperature on the yield of 1,3 - diacylglycerol were studied. The results showed that under the conditions of hydrophilic sucrose fatty acid esters (HLB value 11) dosage 0.5%, reaction temperature 60℃, reaction time 24 h, the yield of 1,3-diacylglycerol was up to 42.61%. |
