With concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst, esterified oil was prepared by preesterification of camphor tree seed oil and methanol, and then the biodiesel was prepared by transesterification of esterified oil and methanol with sodium hydroxide as catalyst.Based on single factor experiment, the transesterification conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment as follows: molar ratio of methanol to esterified oil 4.0∶1, molar ratio of catalyst to esterified oil 0.050∶1, reaction time 80 min, reaction temperature 55℃. Under the optimal conditions, the transesterification rate reached 94.38%. The fatty acid methyl ester composition of the camphor tree seed oil biodiesel was determined by gas chromatography as follows: methyl caprate 53.67%,methyl laurate 42.92%,methyl myristate 0.44%,methyl palmitate 0.37%,methyl oleate 2.11%,methyl linoleate 0.26%。 |
