The pretreatment process of solid state fermentation-assisted extraction of soybean oil by Aspergillus oryzae was researched. Based on single factor experiment, the optimal fermentation conditions were obtained by response surface methodology as follows:fermentation time 46.24 h, water content 31.55%, fermentation temperature 37.7℃, inoculation amount 9.88%. Under these conditions, the activities of obtained enzymes were 1 823 U/mL of proteases and 7 452 U/mL of cellulase respectively. The fermentation went on for 32 h after the enzyme production period finishing, and the effects of pretreatment process were assessed by Soxhlet extraction method. The results showed that comparing with the process of material unpretreated by fermentation, the complete extraction time of the established process shortened from 8 h to 3 h, and the oil extraction rate raised by 53.5%, which meant the observable effect was obtained. |
