      研究了应用米曲霉固态发酵大豆辅助提油的预处理工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面法优化发酵条件,得到最佳发酵条件为:发酵时间46.24 h,水分含量31.55%,发酵温度37.7℃,接种量9.88%。在最佳发酵条件下,获得蛋白酶活性为1 823 U/mL,纤维素酶活性为7 452 U/mL。在产酶阶段结束继续发酵32 h,利用索氏提取法评价预处理工艺效果,结果表明:油脂完全提取时间从8 h缩短至3 h,且提油率比未经发酵预处理的物料提高了53.5%,工艺效果较为显著。
英文摘要:
      The pretreatment process of solid state fermentation-assisted extraction of soybean oil by Aspergillus oryzae was researched. Based on single factor experiment, the optimal fermentation conditions were obtained by response surface methodology as follows:fermentation time 46.24 h, water content 31.55%, fermentation temperature 37.7℃, inoculation amount 9.88%. Under these conditions, the activities of obtained enzymes were 1 823 U/mL of proteases and 7 452 U/mL of cellulase respectively. The fermentation went on for 32 h after the enzyme production period finishing, and the effects of pretreatment process were assessed by Soxhlet extraction method. The results showed that comparing with the process of material unpretreated by fermentation, the complete extraction time of the established process shortened from 8 h to 3 h, and the oil extraction rate raised by 53.5%, which meant the observable effect was obtained.
