The supercritical carbon dioxide fluid was employed to extract oil from seeding-watermelon seed. Using yield of seeding-watermelon seed oil and linoleic acid extract rate as evaluation indicators, the influences of particle size of seeding-watermelon seed, extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extraction time were studied by single factor experiment. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows: particle size 80 meshes, extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction temperature 40℃,extraction time 20 min. Under these conditions, the yield of seeding-watermelon seed oil was up to 42.42% and the linoleic acid extract rate reached 185.77 mg/g. |
