Abstract:
      The nutrition characteristics of rice bran oil, including fatty acid composition, major constituent and physiological fuction of oryzanols were introduced. The key technology of oryzanols preservation during refining of rice bran oil and the effects and characteristics of a noval refining process were discussed.
