Abstract:
      The contents of crude fat，crude protein，amino acid，total sugar，reducing sugar，total flavonoid and ash were selected as indexes to study the effect of aflatoxion B1 removal accelerated by electron beam with 0-300 kGy of irradiation doses on peanut meal quality. The results indicated that with the irradiation dose increasing，the removal rate of aflatoxion B1 improved，reaching 57.49% under the condition of 240 kGy of irradiation dose;the contents of reducing sugar and total flavonoid increased；the irradiation had no obvious effects on the contents of crude fat，crude protein，total amino acid，total sugar and ash in peanut meal.
