Immobilized lipase was produced with non-woven fabrics as carrier and polyacrylic ester as crosslinking agent. The preparation process of the immobilization method was simple and the requirement for lipase properties was not high. Crosslinking agent had no effect on the lipase activity, and had certain film-forming property, which could provide good microenvironment for lipase catalysis and the loss of immobilized lipase activity was within 25%. The prepared immobilized lipase could be used repeatedly for fouty-seven batches in palmitic acid isooctyl ester reaction system, and the esterification rate was over 80%, while in the fatty acid methyl ester reaction system, the immobilized lipase could be used repeatedly for twenty-five batches with the esterification rate being over 90%. |
