Abstract:
      The existing problems in the drying，drying technology and tower type drying equipment of oil-tea camellia seeds were introduced so as to fully understand the drying technology and relevant equipment of oil-tea camellia seeds. The drying had great effects on the peel removal，storage and processing of oil-tea camellia seeds. In the hot-air drying process of oil-tea camllia seeds,the temperature of hot-air should be determined according to the efficiency of heat utilization and the quality of dried oil-tea camellia seeds. The calculation of process design of the drying tower provided a theoretical basis for drying tower design of oil-tea camellia seeds.
