提出了在油葵籽的剥壳制油工艺中,先按其籽粒直径进行分级,然后分别进行剥壳的工艺。使用QFZ-型清理分级机作为试验机型,优化其试验参数。结果表明:在筛面倾角为6°、筛板长度1 800 mm、粗筛孔宽度为3.3 mm、细筛孔宽度为2.9 mm、电机转速1 435 r/min、配重块质量130 kg、单位流量为25 t/h时,最优分级效率为80.1%,分级效果理想。 |

The process of grading according to sunflower seed diameter,and then dehulling in oil extraction process of sunflower seed was proposed. The optimal parameters of QFZ type cleaning-grading machine were obtained as follows:leaning angle of screen 6°,lamina cribrosa length 1 800 mm,coarse mesh width 3.3 mm,fine mesh width 2.9 mm,motor speed 1 435 r/min,counterweight block mass 130 kg,unit flow 25 t/h. Under these conditions,the optimal classification efficiency was 80.1%. |
