Abstract:
      The process of grading according to sunflower seed diameter，and then dehulling in oil extraction process of sunflower seed was proposed. The optimal parameters of QFZ type cleaning-grading machine were obtained as follows：leaning angle of screen 6°，lamina cribrosa length 1 800 mm，coarse mesh width 3.3 mm，fine mesh width 2.9 mm，motor speed 1 435 r/min，counterweight block mass 130 kg，unit flow 25 t/h. Under these conditions，the optimal classification efficiency was 80.1%.
