Using sesame oil extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid as raw material, the sesame oil was pretreated by ultrasonic assisted methanol extraction, and then the content of sesame lignans was measured by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The results showed that the measured peaks were separated well from other peaks with few interferential peak, the average recovery rates of sesamin and sesamolin were 99.3% and 96.2% respectively and the relative standard deviations were 0.87% and 1.71% respectively. Comparing with the pretreatment method of saponification, the pretreatment method of ultrasonic assisted methanol extraction had the merits of simpleness, rapidness, accuracy, higher sensitivity and better stability, which was suitable for the determination of sesamin and sesamolin in sesame oil. |
