Abstract: |
The process conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of Lindera reflexa seed oil were studied by single factor experiment and response surface experiment according to the yield of Lindera reflexa seed oil and the fatty acid composition of the oil was analyzed by GC-MS. The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:n-hexane as the extraction solvent, solid-liquid ratio 1∶18,ultrasonic power 200 W,ultrasonic time 16 min.Under these conditions, the yield of Lindera reflexa seed oil reached 44.7%.The main fatty acids of Lindera reflexa seed oil were 5-dodecenoic acid(33.66%),dodecenoic acid(30.48%),tetradecanoic acid (15.51%),5-tetradecanoic acid (8.29%),oleic acid(5.69%)and palmitic acid(1.54%).The relative contents of total saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids were 48.46% and 48.35%, respectively. |
