Purification of soybean miscella by inorganic ceramic membrane

Abstract:
      The study on purifying soybean miscella by means of inorganic ceramic membrane was conducted. The results showed that under the conditions of inorganic ceramic membrane with 30-100 nm pore size, concentration of soybean miscella 27.5%, temperature 43-50℃, pressure 0.07 MPa, the membrane flux was 562-1 178 L/（m2·h），and the removal efficiency of impurity achieved 100%. For inorganic ceramic membrane with 100 nm pore size, the backwashing flux exhausted rapidly and blocking appeared, so the membrane with 100 nm pore size was not suitable for the purification of soybean miscella. The comparison of inorganic ceramic membranes with 30 nm pore size and 50 nm pore size showed that the membrane flux of the inorganic ceramic membrane with 30 nm pore size was small, which increased the investment, and the filter effect of the inorganic ceramic membrane with 50 nm pore size was good.
