      通过无机陶瓷膜进行大豆混合油净化的研究,结果表明:选择30~100 nm无机陶瓷膜,在大豆混合油体积分数27.5%、温度43~50℃、真空0.07 MPa条件下,膜通量为562~1 178 L/(m2· h),除杂效果明显,除杂率达100%;100 nm孔径的无机陶瓷膜反洗通量衰竭较快,并有堵塞现象,不宜用于大豆混合油的净化;30 nm孔径的无机陶瓷膜与50 nm孔径的相比,膜通量小,投资增加,50 nm孔径的无机陶瓷膜过滤具有较合适的效果。

      The study on purifying soybean miscella by means of inorganic ceramic membrane was conducted. The results showed that under the conditions of inorganic ceramic membrane with 30-100 nm pore size, concentration of soybean miscella 27.5%, temperature 43-50℃, pressure 0.07 MPa, the membrane flux was 562-1 178 L/(m2·h),and the removal efficiency of impurity achieved 100%. For inorganic ceramic membrane with 100 nm pore size, the backwashing flux exhausted rapidly and blocking appeared, so the membrane with 100 nm pore size was not suitable for the purification of soybean miscella. The comparison of inorganic ceramic membranes with 30 nm pore size and 50 nm pore size showed that the membrane flux of the inorganic ceramic membrane with 30 nm pore size was small, which increased the investment, and the filter effect of the inorganic ceramic membrane with 50 nm pore size was good.
