Edible oil cannt be mixed with metal ions during processing, so the detection of edible oil adulterated with swill-cooked dirty oil can be realized by conductivity measurement. On this basis, a rapid detection system of edible oil adulterated with swill-cooked dirty oil was designed. ARM was adopted as the core chip, and the data acquisition technology was used to complete the software and hardware design in the detection system. The test results of the system showed that the conductivity message of edible oil could be detected accurately by the system,thereby whether edible oil adulterated with swill-cooked dirty oil or not was learned and the content of swill-cooked dirty oil in the edible oil was analyzed. The detection system had advantages of high detection speed, low power consumption,low cost and portability. |
