Abstract:
      The recovery of protein from rapeseed meal processing wastewater was investigated by alkali heat treatment and acid-induced heat denaturization.The optimal recovery conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment based on single factor experiment as follows: heat treatment pH 10, heat treatment temperature 70℃，heat treatment time 10 min, acid precipitation pH 2.5. Under these conditions,the recovery rate of protein and the content of protein （dry basis）were 62.11% and 65.48%,respectively.
