Abstract:
      The saponin and polysaccharides were extracted from oil-tea camellia seed cake by 95% of ethanol and water respectively, and the influences of extraction temperature, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction times on the extraction rates of saponin and polysaccharides were studied. The extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of saponin were obtained as follows:extraction temperature 80℃, solid-liquid ratio 1∶10, extraction times twice， extraction time 1.5 h;the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharides were obtained as follows: extraction temperature 70℃, extraction time 2.5 h, solid-liquid ratio 1∶12. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction rates of saponin and polysaccharides were 97.5% and 84.6% respectively.
