Abstract:
      The water content of deoiled kitchen waste is high，if the water in deoiled kitchen waste is removed by mechanical means before drying，the energy consumption in the drying process will reduce effectively. By analyzing the working mechanism of volute dehydrator and its successful application in petroleum sludge dehydration and combining with the physical properties of kitchen waste，the feasibility of the application of volute dehydrator in kitchen waste dehydration was demonstrated, and the design parameters of key components of the volute kitchen waste dehydrator were given so as to provide a reference for the design of volute kitchen waste dehydrator.
