The batch culture was conducted by column photobioreactor so as to select the microalgae most suitable for oil production and the culture medium suitable for growth and oil accumulation of the microalgae. The growth and oil accumulation of four microalgaes(Tetranephrisbrasiliensis DL12, Ankistrodesmusgracilis CJ09, Ankistrodesmus sp. CJ02 and Desmodesmussubspicatus WC01) in four culture mediums(BG11,3N-BBM, SE and TAP) were investigated. The results showed that the 3N-BBM medium was benefit for the growth and biomass accumulation of microalgaes; the BG11 medium was beneficial to oil accumulation of microalgaes; in sixteen groups of experiment, Tetranephrisbrasiliensis DL12 had the highest biomass production rate((257.65±45.52)mg/(L·d)) and oil production rate((80.34±14.19)mg/(L·d))in 3N-BBM medium, and Ankistrodesmusgracilis CJ09 had the highest oil content(42.72%±0.60%) in BG11 medium. Tetranephrisbrasiliensis DL12 had the largest oil production potential and its optimal medium for growth and oil accumulation was 3N-BBM. |
