以漆脂、环氧氯丙烷、二乙醇铵、1,4-二溴丁烷为原料,合成了一种漆脂基季铵盐双子表面活性剂。采用红外光谱、核磁共振碳氢谱对其结构进行分析,并对产物的表面性能进行分析。结果表明:合成产物临界胶束浓度(CMC)为5×10-4 mol/L,表面张力(δ)可达33.6 mN/m;当质量分数为0.1%时,分出5 mL水的时间为10 min;表面张力和乳化性能与传统的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)相当。 |

Lacquer wax-based quarternary ammonium gemini surfactant was synthesized by lacquer wax,epichlorohydrin,diethanol amine and 1,4 - dibromobutane. The structure of the surfactant was confirmed by IR,1HNMR and 13CNMR,and the surface properties of the surfactant were investigated. The results showed that the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of the surfactant was 5×10-4 mol/L and the surface tension(δ) reached 33.6 mN/m. When the mass fraction of the surfactant was 0.1%,5 mL of water was separated in 10 min. The surface tension and emulsification properties of the surfactant were comparable to the traditional cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB). |
