The physicochemical properties and fatty acid compositions of Cornus wilsoniana fruit oil extracted by different methods were studied. The results showed that different extraction methods had no significant effect on refractive index, relative density, fatty acid composition and content of Cornus wilsoniana fruit oil, but had remarkable effects on saponification value, acid value, peroxide value and phospholipids content of Cornus wilsoniana fruit oil. The refined Cornus wilsoniana fruit oil extracted by enzymatic method had light and transparent color, higher refractive index, relative density and unsaturated fatty acids content and lower saponification value, peroxide value and phospholipids content. Therefore, the quality of Cornus wilsoniana fruit oil extracted by enzymatic method was better than that extracted by methods of Soxhlet extraction, solvent extraction, pressing and water extraction. |
