Abstract:
      Dewatering centrifuge is not used in the process of soap removal without water, so the process is shortened,which is conducive to the control of production operation and investment costs reduction, meanwhile the quality of the product improves. Comparing to the process of soap removal with water, there is no industrial wastewater generated and the pressure on wastewater treatment is reduced in the process of soap removal without water, which is benefit for energy saving. The process, research status at home and abroad, advantages and problems of the process of soap removal from oil without water were summarized.
