| Abstract: |
| Imported vegetable oils in our country are mostly transported in bulk by ocean-going freighter，and the static container delivery of imported vegetable oils by weight surveys on ship tanks and on shore tanks are the two most common methods. The comparative analysis of these two measurement methods of the imported vegetable oils showed that the two methods had great differences，which mainly reflected on the measurement of volume and density. In terms of the factors affecting the accuracy of weight survey by volume，the factors of ship tank were far more than those of shore tank. Therefore，in avoid of the shortage fraud，the domestic buyer should take the measurement method of shore tanks. In addition，the reasons of the differences between these two measurement methods were discussed，and the improvement measures and suggestions were presented. |
