      One?strain?tropical?marine?oily?microalgae?was?obtained?from?seawater?of?Yalong?Bay?in?Sanya?by?streak?plate?separation?method,?and?its?oil?content?and?oil?productivity?were?up?to?34.05%?and?0.184?g/L?respectively.?Combining?morphological?observation?by?scanning?electron?microscopy?with?molecular?identification?technique,?the?tropical?marine?oily?microalgae?was?identified?as?Amphora?Montana.
