研究了布那迪栅藻(Scenedesmus?bernardii)异养培养条件及不同碳源、氮源对其生化组成的影响。结果表明:异养培养时所需的最佳碳源为葡萄糖,其最适质量浓度为50.0?g/L;最佳氮源为酵母提取物,其最适质量浓度为2.7?g/L;摇瓶培养时所获得的最大生物量达24.8?g/L。布那迪栅藻异养培养时细胞内主要积累碳水化合物,其含量达到细胞干重的58.2%,最高产率为1.05?g/(L·d);其次积累总脂,含量为细胞干重的30.9%,最高产率为0.64?g/(L·d)。 |

The?heterotrophic?cultivation?conditions?of?Scenedesmus?bernardii?and?the?different?carbon?sources?and?nitrogen?sources?on?its?biochemical?components?were?studied.?The?results?showed?that?the?best?carbon?source?for?Scenedesmus?bernardii?under?heterotrophic?growth?was?glucose,?and?its?optimal?mass?concentration?was?50.0?g/L;?the?best?nitrogen?source?for?Scenedesmus?bernardii?under?heterotrophic?growth?was?yeast?extract,?and?its?optimal?mass?concentration?was?2.7?g/L.?Under?the?optimal?heterotrophic?growth?conditions,?the?maximum?biomass?was?up?to?24.8?g/L.The?carbohydrates?mainly?accumulated?in?the?cell?of?Scenedesmus?bernardii?under?heterotrophic?growth?conditions,?accounting?for?58.2%?of?the?cell?dry?weight,?and?the?highest?yield?was?1.05?g/(L·d);?the?next?was?the?total?lipid,?accounting?for?30.9%?of?the?cell?dry?weight,?and?the?highest?yield?was?0.64?g/(L·d). |
