Aflatoxin?B1?in?vegetable?oil?was?determined?by?HPLC-FLD?with?photochemical?derivatization?after?immunoaffinity?column?purification,?and?the?determination?conditions?of?sample?were?optimized.The?results?showed?that?the?aflatoxin?B1?in?vegetable?oil?determined?by?the?established?method?coincided?with?the?results?determined?by?the?national?standard?method?GB/T?18979—2003?when?the?mass?of?sample?was?reduced?to?5.00?g.The?standard?curve?had?a?good?linearity?when?the?aflatoxin?B1?content?was?in?the?range?of?1-?40?ng/mL.?The?correlation?coefficient,?the?limit?of?detection,?the?recovery?rate?and?the??relative?standard?deviation?of?the?method?were?0.999?9,0.3?μg/kg,90.5%-99.8%?and?6.3%-9.8%?respectively.?The?method?had?items?of?simple?operation,?no?derivatization?agent,avoidance?of?the?influences?of?derivatization?agent?concentration,?temperature?and?reaction?time?in?the?processes?of?pre-column?and?post-column?derivatizations,?which?was?applicable?to?determine?the?content?of?aflatoxin?B1?in?vegetable?oil. |
